Training Times

We run classes from Monday to Saturday from 5:45am onwards and we also have open gym hours for those who wish to train outside of core class hours.

We offer several different memberships from pay as you go to unlimited training. Check out our prices and membership page for more info.

To get started pick a class that suits you best, drop us a message on our Facebook page or via e-mail and we will look out for you. All of our classes are split into: ‘Base’ for newcomers and beginners and: ‘Ascent’ for those who are more advanced. There is no need to worry if you are new to CrossFit because we will go through everything with you! All of our classes are led by fully qualified instructors.
